We’re excited to welcome you to our wonder-filled space! Before your visit, let’s cover a few important details to ensure your experience is truly amazing.
With the excitement of our grand opening, we’ve introduced timed ticketing for entry. This system allows guests to reserve tickets for specific time slots, avoiding long admission lines. After the entry time on your ticket, you have a one-hour window to enter. There is no time-limit to stay.
Please locate your tickets in your email inbox and have them ready on your phone or printed out. If you don’t receive them, check your spam folder just in case they landed there. You’ll need your tickets to scan at the check-in kiosk for a smooth and quick entry.
Upon arrival at La Nube, you’ll need to print and activate your Discovery Band. This RFID bracelet allow guests to interact with exhibits and save their digital experiences. Discovery Bands are required for admission, and guests must wear their Discovery Bands at all times while in the building.
Our Discovery Bands (RFID bracelets) offer a unique learning experience, enabling La Nube to provide more immersive interactions compared to traditional exhibits at other museums.
With Discovery Bands, you can create an avatar, interact with exhibits, track your learning progress, and save your digital experiences! After your visit, you will receive an email with a link to a website where you can access your saved digital experiences. You will have 30 days to download these experiences before they disappear into the cloud.
You can still enjoy all activities at La Nube even if you choose not to activate or use your Discovery Band for the interactive experiences.

Outside food and drinks are NOT permitted. Re-usable water bottles are encouraged. We have complimentary water bottle filling stations throughout our building, on each floor. Disposable water bottles will not be sold.
Familiarize yourself with the nine themed learning zones at La Nube, where you and your family can explore, build, test, problem-solve, and play. Each zone offers unique learning experiences with numerous ways to discover and innovate. From our Anything’s Possible Climber to Flow, our indoor water experience, there’s something for everyone and all abilities.
Flow, our expansive indoor water zone on the fourth floor, is one of the biggest in the nation and offers endless ways to splash and play with water. Each guest will have a unique experience, and there’s a chance of getting wet. While La Nube isn’t a waterpark, you might want to bring some extra clothing for the little ones or a small towel to dry off as you explore the rest of the exhibits.
Guests will receive a Discovery Band upon check-in and are required to wear it at all times while in the building. Your admission ticket to La Nube grants you access to the exhibits all day. As long as you are wearing your Discovery Band, you may use it for same-day re-entry. Discovery Bands must remain intact and are not valid after removal.
