Families who require a nurse or home health aide to assist a child during their visit to La Nube can request a Caregiver Pass. Only Licensed Medical Professionals are eligible to receive this pass. The Caregiver Pass ensures that the caregiver can accompany the child and provide necessary support throughout their visit. To request a Caregiver Pass, please call 915-259-8199 or email info@la-nube.org.
Accessible restrooms are located on all floors, including family (unisex) restrooms available for those individuals’ requiring assistance from a family member or companion.
People with service dogs will be allowed full access to all areas. Service dogs must be on a leash and in the control of the person with a disability or his/her companion. Pets are not allowed.
