You can purchase your advanced tickets online Limited walk up tickets are available but not guaranteed. We strongly recommend that all guests, including members, reserve tickets in advance of their visit. With the excitement of our grand opening, we’ve introduced timed ticketing for La Nube entry. This system allows guests to reserve tickets for specific time slots, securing a spot, and avoiding long admission lines. After the entry time on your ticket, you have a one-hour window to enter.

As a brand-new venue with limited capacity, we currently offer 1 FREE adult admission per ASTC member household, regardless of your home museum’s membership level.

La Nube will operate with hourly, timed-entry tickets to manage visitor capacity.
When you purchase tickets, you will be prompted to select the day of your visit in addition to an entry time. The last entry time is one hour before we close. Please arrive within the hour of your reserved entry time. For example, if you purchase tickets for the 10:00 am entry time, we ask that you arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 am. You are welcome to explore La Nube for as long as you wish until La Nube closes.

Yes. For the safety of our visitors and staff, a waiver is required at the time of ticket reservation.
Guests will receive a Discovery Band upon check-in and are required to wear it at all times while in the building. Your admission ticket to La Nube grants you access to the exhibits all day. As long as you are wearing your Discovery Band, you may use it for same-day re-entry. Discovery Bands must remain intact and are not valid after removal.

Personal pets are not allowed on La Nube premises. However, we welcome service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities. This policy helps us maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests.
To receive your Military or First Responders discount, visit La Nube in person and present your valid ID at the front desk. We’ll apply a 10% discount to any membership you choose. Although you won’t see the discount during online checkout, your final charge will reflect the savings. Enjoy all the perks of La Nube!

Your membership gives you unlimited access, and we’re excited to welcome you anytime! Reserving a date helps us manage our capacity and ensures everyone has a great experience. Unlike General Admission tickets, Members don’t need to choose a specific entry time – you can arrive whenever it’s convenient for you.
La Nube memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by those listed on the membership.
Yes, you can upgrade within 30 days of your purchase. Anything after that, we will not be able to upgrade. Please plan accordingly when choosing your Membership. Your membership expiration date will not change. To upgrade your membership, please contact Monica Thomas at mthomas@la-nube.org, or ask for Monica on your next visit.
La Nube members may receive free or discounted admission through the Association of Children’s Museum (ACM) and Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) networks. Other institutions must also be a participating member.
Once La Nube becomes an active participant.
Memberships are non-transferable. You can continue to use it for reciprocal admission benefits at participating ACM and ASTC museums for the remainder of your membership period.
La Nube is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. However, the purchase of a membership is not tax-deductible as you are receiving services in exchange for your membership. Please consult your tax attorney for more details.
First, double-check that you’re signed into your membership account. When you reach the final checkout stage, the total should adjust to zero, as long as the tickets match what’s included in your membership.

Great question! Because field trips are part of group visits, Memberships can’t be used for student or chaperone admission during these outings.
If you’d like to join your child on their field trip, we recommend reaching out to your school directly—schools receive special discounted rates for students and chaperones on these days!

Membership is so special! As a member, you can receive 10% off hosting your birthday party at La Nube! However, you cannot use your membership to gain access into private party areas. If part of your guests have memberships, you will have to include them on your headcount. Parties are considered special events at La Nube.
La Nube Members—before heading out, we encourage you to visit the ASTC website to confirm what your membership includes at participating institutions. Each museum has its own policy, and we want to be sure we all respect their guidelines.

Guided by curiosity, our youngest learners can explore Desert Bloom, inspired by the Chihuahuan Desert. Designed for children ages 0-3, this space lets them safely play, balance, roll, and build. Guests ages 4-7 can enjoy building forts, engaging in dramatic play, or exploring veterinary care at the Care Lab in our Follow Your Instincts exhibit. While these two exhibits foster early childhood development and imagination, all nine exhibit zones at La Nube invite little explorers to join the fun.
Yes, we have changing tables available in the restrooms for your convenience. Restrooms are located on every floor throughout La Nube. We strive to ensure that all families have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to La Nube.
We encourage parents to feed their children wherever they feel most comfortable. We have two nursing rooms located on Floor 3 in the hallway near the entrance to Desert Bloom.
Stroller parking is located on Floor 3 outside Desert Bloom. Please fold your stroller to provide space for as many families as possible. Families may also take strollers into the exhibits as long as major pathways remain clear. La Nube is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Yes, we provide water fountains and bottle-filling stations throughout the facility for our guests’ convenience. We ask that you bring a non-disposable water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated during your visit.
Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed in La Nube, except for children with accommodations and babies. Guests are permitted to drink their own water throughout the facility. Water fountains and bottle-filling stations are located throughout La Nube for use.

We understand plans can change! However, we are unable to offer refunds, as tickets and staffing are arranged based on the headcount submitted at the time of your reservation.
At La Nube, exploration is self-guided so students can move at their own pace—but don’t worry! We’ll provide a suggested itinerary, and we recommend spending 15–20 minutes at each exhibit for the full experience.
Lunch will take place in our Galería (2nd floor). Please note that lunch times must be scheduled in advance with your Field Trip contact so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! Students may bring backpacks, but please note that La Nube does not offer storage. All personal items must stay with them as they explore the museum.
Absolutely! For safety and support, all groups—regardless of age—must have 1 adult chaperone (21+) for every 10 students.
Thank you for being part of the La Nube family! While memberships include amazing perks, they do not apply to field trips, as these are special group experiences. Members attending as part of a field trip group must be included in the reservation and pay the group rate.
Additional adults or siblings can’t be added to the group on the day of the visit, but they’re welcome to purchase general admission tickets at the door (based on availability). They’ll enter with the public at 10:00 AM, and won’t be included in early access or your group’s scheduled lunch time.
