Dress Code
Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times. Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics are not allowed.
Food and Drink
Guests may bring small snacks, bottled water, and baby food/formula. Indoor and outdoor café tables are available for eating and snacking. No food or drink allowed in exhibit areas.
Photography
Photography and filming at La Nube are for personal use only. Photography or recording of non-party guests is prohibited. Commercial photography requires prior approval.
Service Animals
Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome. All other animals are not permitted. Service animals must remain leashed and under control. They may not enter water features. La Nube reserves the right to refuse admission to service animals posing a direct threat.
La Nube Rights
By entering La Nube, you voluntarily assume all risks, including the risk of personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, or property loss. La Nube is not liable for such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Code of Conduct outlines our commitment to guests. We reserve the right to modify these policies at our discretion for the safety of guests and staff. We may deny admission, prevent entry, or require a guest to leave without refund for failure to comply with these standards.
