This system allows guests to reserve tickets for specific time slots, securing a spot, and avoiding long admission lines. After the entry time on your ticket, you have a one-hour window to enter.

If you are unable to purchase tickets online, please get in touch with us by email at info@la-nube.org, and a team member will be happy to assist you!

If on the day of your reservation a member of your group feels sick, stay home! Please email info@la-nube.org in advance of your ticket time to discuss the possibility of rescheduling due to health concerns.

La Nube will operate with hourly, timed-entry tickets to manage visitor capacity.

When you purchase tickets, you will be prompted to select the day of your visit in addition to an entry time. The last entry time is one hour before we close. Please arrive within the hour of your reserved entry time. For example, if you purchase tickets for the 10:00 am entry time, we ask that you arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 am. Guests ages 4-7 can enjoy building forts, engaging in dramatic play, or exploring veterinary care at the Care Lab in our Follow Your Instincts exhibit.
