It’s super easy to book your spot! For just $100, you’ll secure your reservation this amount guarantees your party space and locks in the date! Keep in mind, this fee is non-refundable, but it’s your first step toward an epic celebration. Let’s get the party started!

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be emailed to you as an invoice one week before your party, and can be paid in advance or on the day of your celebration — right after the fun wraps up!

If you need to reschedule your reservation, just be sure to let us know at least two weeks before your party date. There’s a small rescheduling fee of $50, and all requests must be submitted in writing to birthdays@la-nube.org. We’re here to help make it as easy as possible to find a new date that works for you!

Cancellations must be received at least 14 days before the party date to receive a refund, minus a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the party date will not be refunded.

Absolutely! As a member, you get an exclusive 10% discount on all our party packages! It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the family.

The total guest count includes all adults and children attending the party, with the exception of infants under 1 year old.

✨ Set-Up & Clean-Up: You can start setting up 15 minutes before the party begins, and you’ll have 15 minutes after to wrap up.
🎈 Party Host: A friendly party host will be there to assist you every step of the way, so you’re all set for an awesome celebration!
🎨 Personalize Your Party: Feel free to make it your own! You can add your own special touches to create the perfect vibe.
🚫 What to Leave Out: For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, helium balloons, confetti, silly string, glitter, and piñatas aren’t permitted. Also, no candles, please!
🍕 Food: You have the option to order food from Little Stars Café, and you’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, and candy bags to add extra sweetness! If you’d like to bring outside food, that’s also allowed for an additional $50 fee.
⚠️Please note: We are a peanut-free facility. For the safety of all guests, food containing peanuts or peanut products is not allowed. In addition, reheatable foods are not permitted, this includes items requiring crockpots, chafing dishes, chafing burners, warmers, or any on-site heating equipment.

Food from Little Stars Café is available but completely optional — choose what works best for your celebration! If you prefer to bring your own food, please remember that a $50 outside-food fee applies.

You’re always welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, and candy bags to add extra sweetness to your party. La Nube will provide all the paper goods, cups, and utensils you need for serving those treats.
