Step into the magic of the holiday season with this month’s Fab Lab El Paso hands-on workshop series: Santa’s Workshop! Open to participants of all experience levels, this workshop invites you to join a collaborative effort to bring Santa’s Village to life. With creativity, imagination, and hands-on maker techniques, you’ll help transform the ‘Challenge It’ Zone of the museum into a festive winter wonderland!

In this workshop, participants will embark on a creative journey where they will:

• Practice hands-on cardboard construction techniques to craft key components of Santa’s Village, such as homes, stores, factories, and festive characters.
• Collaborate with others to contribute unique creations that will be added to the growing village, resulting in a beautiful display by the end of the month.

Each week, participants will tackle new projects, building confidence in their maker skills while enjoying the fun of working together. Celebrate the holiday spirit and leave your mark on Santa’s Village!

Fab Lab El Paso is an award-winning 501(c)(3) tech and education nonprofit, makerspace, and STEAM Lab. As the first Fab Lab in western Texas, our grassroots organization is dedicated to democratizing access to digital fabrication tools, empowering our community with digital knowledge, and promoting equity and innovation within the tech economy.
