Celebrate Inventors Month by exploring how nature inspires innovation and dive into the world of biomimicry—the practice of solving human problems by emulating the strategies and designs found in the natural world.
From gecko-inspired adhesives to sharkskin-like surfaces that repel bacteria, nature has already solved many of the challenges we face. Using lo-fi materials, participants will brainstorm, sketch, and prototype their own useful inventions modeled after the amazing adaptations of animals and plants.
This workshop is perfect for curious minds of all ages who love to invent, build, and explore. No prior experience needed—just a sense of wonder and a desire to create!
Join us and see how the natural world can spark your next big idea!
