Birthday Parties

Reservations to book a birthday party will be available soon. A $100 non-fundable deposit is required to reserve a date. The remainder of the payment is due two weeks prior to your booked time.

Below is the list of days and times you can reserve a party at La Nube. Custom birthday times will be available upon request.

Saturday - 2 hour time slot

10:00-12:00
12:30-2:30
3:00-5:00

Sunday - 2 hour time slot

12:00-2:00
2:30-4:30

Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that full payment is due at the time of booking if it is within 2 weeks of your event date.

Rescheduling requests must be received at least two weeks before the party date and are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. No rescheduling requests will be accepted within two weeks of the party date.

Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to birthdayparties@la-nube.org.

Cancellations must be received at least 14 days before the party date to receive a refund, minus a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the party date will not be refunded.

Yes! Members receive a 10% discount on the birthday party package.

Every adult and child attending the party except for children under the age of one are included in your birthday party guest count.

You will have 15 minutes to set up before the party and 15 minutes to clean up afterward. The party host will assist during the party and lead the cleanup in coordination with the lead adult of the party. We also have a loading dock located by the Galeria for easy loading and unloading of your belongings. Fees may apply if your party has not vacated the Galeria on time.

La Nube will provide tables, chairs, and your choice of colored table covers. Feel free to personalize the party with your own table decorations, plates, napkins, and party favors, as these are not included in the party package.

Items not allowed include, but are not limited to, balloons, confetti, silly string, glitter, piñatas, and wall decorations.

You can bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, and candy bags. No other foods are permitted. Be sure to bring all necessary paper goods, cups, and utensils for the cake and cupcakes.

If you would like food at your party, special catering is available from our Little Stars Café. The birthday party food menu will be available soon!
