Gina Martinez, a proud El Paso native, is dedicated to empowering kids and families. She sees La Nube as an epicenter of imagination, innovation, and learning—a place where the community can dream big and grow together.

With a career that began as a special education teacher, followed by spearheading Neon Desert Music Festival, serving as VP of Business Development at El Paso Inc., and advocating for children as the Regional Director for Children at Risk, Gina is no stranger to building impactful initiatives and experiences. Her 20 years of leadership, combined with her passion for community, have equipped her with the skills to connect people, execute bold ideas, and foster innovation wherever she goes.

For Gina, it’s all about kids and sparking joy. She’s on a mission to ensure La Nube continues to inspire and engage both young minds and the young at heart through exciting, hands-on learning activities. Whether it’s forming dynamic partnerships or creating innovative educational programs, Gina is here to help La Nube shape the future—one curious mind at a time.

Beyond her professional life, Gina is deeply committed to local causes. She serves on the board of Centro San Vicente, is Vice President of the YWCA El Paso del Norte Region, and works with Communities en Acción to provide underserved middle school students with an on-campus college experience.

Inspired daily by her family, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, a music teacher, and their curious and creative daughter, Luna. She loves hosting family get-togethers, nurturing her growing indoor garden, and is on a personal quest to find the perfect slice of pizza.

Gina invites you to join her and the incredible La Nube team in dreaming big and shaping the future. Whether you’re a curious child, an engaged parent, or a passionate community member, La Nube is here for you!
